
I was at Russo’s the other day & fiddlehead ferns were on sale! I bought some, not quite sure how I was going to prepare them. Taking *another* cue from one of my favorite food trucks, I decided to make an easy finger food of it with a simple batter dip & then a quick swim in the ol’ pot of oil…MMSK style! Like any good & proper Asian, I also had a bottle of Vietnamese sweet chili sauce in the fridge, so that rounded out the dipping accompaniment for this tempura style dish :d
